Tracy Nguyen discovered her passion behind the lens in her hometown of Philadelphia, where she first picked up a camera to document the world around her. She fell in love with story-telling through imagery and effortlessly capturing tender moments. As a self-taught photographer, Tracy has always preferred working with natural and available light. There is something honest about the way light falls on someone and how it contributes to making a warm and intimate portrait. Whether she’s making work on film or in digital formats, there is always consistency in her work. Tracy has shot for clients such as: Converse, Instagram, The New York Times, WSJ Magazine and more. She currently lives and works in Los Angeles, though she splits her time between both coasts.
